The coroner’s office has identified the man as Pat Butera.

Cause of Death: Covid-19 and Influenza A Infection

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:34 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
