The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Yen Pan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Subdural Hematoma

Cause of Death B: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: History of Cerebrovascular Accidents (Cva), Hypertension, Hypovolemia
