The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Donnelly Jr. of North Hollywood.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Acute Respiratory Distress, Chronic Kidney Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Schizoaffective Disorder, Malignant Neoplasm of Prostate, Diabetes Mellitus Type II
