(L.A.) Warren Neff, 58, Died in a River

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a river.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Warren Neff.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: History of Schizophrenia, Depression and Drug Use

RIP WARREN NEFF (July 7, 1966 – August 29, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:35 a.m.

The government investigator had initially given the place of death as a “river wash” before later changing it to simply a river. The decedent was found lifeless in a river.
