The coroner’s office has identified the man as Vincent Morgan.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation; Chronic Kidney Disease; Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
