Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Vanessa Colvett.

Cause of Death: Effects of Alprazolam and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:18 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
