The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyree Martin.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertrophic Heart Disease

RIP TYREE MARTIN (April 28, 1978 – June 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:27 p.m.

Beverly Hills Police Department officers were called to Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevards at around 4:22 p.m. for a person not breathing. They found the decedent already expired.
