(L.A.) Lisa Mazzarella, 54, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lisa Mazzarella.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Ethanol, Methamphetamine, Diazepam, Alprazolam, Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:22 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. The DME decided this was an accidental / unintentional overdose, and not a suicide. That’s usually the official determination if no suicide note is found.
