The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tsitsi Parker.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Malignant Neoplasm of Breast

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:33 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-December.
