(L.A.) Travis Kidner, 46, Died from a Coke Overdose

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Travis Kidner.

RIP TRAVIS KIDNER (November 10, 1976 – July 21, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:50 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 10, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

The decedent was a surgical oncologist whose own medical history included melanoma. He was from Newark, Ohio.

In August 2023, a 27-year-old nurse named Polina Lisikov also died from a cocaine overdose.

In March 2023, a 31-year-old RN named Myrisha Smith died from a fentanyl overdose.

In November 2022, a 30-year-old respiratory therapist named Brian Yuzon also died from a cocaine overdose.

In December 2022, a 39-year-old pharmacist named Shahriar Zartoshti died from a multiple drug overdose.

On May 29, 2022, Dr. Jay Goldberg died of a heart attack while out biking at the age of 53.

On March 28, 2022, Dr. Baubac Hayatdavoudi died of a heart attack at home at the age of 46.

On January 1, 2022, Dr. Saleem Desai (“The Gastro Doc”) unexpectedly passed away.

On November 30, 2021, George Giacobbe (ICU nurse) died from non-COVID pneumonia. 🥕
