(L.A.) Timothy Morris, 61, Died While in Custody

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a prison/correctional facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Morris.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Schizophrenia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:09 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 9, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
