(L.A.) Adrian Guerra, 19, Died in a Hotel/Motel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hotel/motel.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adrian Guerra.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP ADRIAN GUERRA (September 25, 2003 – September 19, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:43 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
