The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tiffaney Mayfield.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism, Bilateral Lungs

Cause of Death B: Left Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Uterine Leiomyomas, History of Chronic Tobacco Use
