(L.A.) Ted Moore, 64, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ted Moore.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:08 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
Rest in Peace Ted. You were the best friend to me & I don’t know if I ever told you how much you meant to me. I miss you more than you could possibly fathom. Til we meet again…fly high with the Angels in Heaven.
