(L.A.) Hugo Perez, 43, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latin American male that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hugo Perez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
RIP HUGO IVAN PEREZ (March 26, 1979 – March 29, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:55 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
The medical examiner initially gave the decedent’s birth date as September 4 before changing it to March 26.
