Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at an embankment.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tammy Green.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Complications of Cirrhosis of the Liver, Pancytopenia, and Hypertension

Cause of Death B: Chronic Substance Abuse (Methamphetamine and Alcohol)

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Visual Hallucinations, Anemia, Hepatitis C, Acute Pancreatitis

Initial call to CHP at 6:15 p.m.: Interstate 10 West / La Brea Avenue On-Ramp

Location: 1020 westbound 10 on La Brea Off-Ramp

The decedent was found on the right shoulder.
