Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Susan Gima of Santa Clarita.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Cause of Death B: History of Fall

Other Significant Condition: Parkinson’s Disease
