Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a skilled-nursing / assisted-living facility.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Steven Forray.

Cause of Death: End-Stage Metastatic Lung Cancer with Metastasis to Brain and Spine

Other Significant Conditions: Peripheral Neuropathy, Hypertension, Alzheimer’s Dementia
