The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Hazel Smith.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
