(L.A.) Steven Balderama, 34, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Balderama.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Gastro-Intestinal Bleeding

Cause of Death B: Hemorrhagic Gastro-Duodenitis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.

Hemorrhagic gastro-duodenitis is a condition characterized by inflammation and bleeding in the stomach (gastro-) and the first part of the small intestine (duodenitis). It can be caused by several factors. The most common cause is infection with the bacterium Helicobacter pylori. Overuse of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like aspirin or ibuprofen is another major cause. Other contributing factors include excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, autoimmune diseases like celiac disease, chronic stress, severe illness, and certain infections or injuries. Conditions such as Crohn’s disease, bile reflux, and exposure to toxic substances or radiation can also increase the risk of developing hemorrhagic gastro-duodenitis.
