Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Latino male that occurred in a park.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Silverio Gonzalez Cox.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Ethanol and Fentanyl
Other Significant Condition: Narrowed Right Coronary Artery Ostia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:41 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
