Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Cerebrovascular Accident, Hypertension, and Hyperlipidemia
