Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Shaves Adams.
Height: 6 feet / Weight: 220 pounds
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.
The decedent’s body was found wrapped in a blanket near a Goodwill drop-off bin in Pasadena.
He had been arrested by LASD’s Lennox Station Patrol on May 22 for carrying a loaded firearm. He was released on June 5.
