(L.A.) Andrew Madera, 23, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Andrew Madera.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Alprazolam Toxicity

RIP ANDREW MADERA (July 12, 2001 – July 8, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
