Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Saul Reynoso Melendrez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:55 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
