(L.A.) Roshone Daniels, 67, Died From Cocaine Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Roshone Daniels.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine Effects; History of Breast Cancer

RIP ROSHONE DANIELS (July 24, 1956 – June 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

The decedent appears to have suffered either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest from her cocaine use.
