Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hubertus In T Zand.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the coke.

The decedent’s name appears to be Dutch, possibly even South African… Hubertus in ‘t Zandt
