The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rosa Valladares.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:31 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 11.
