The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rosa Reynolds.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Cerebrovascular Accident, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
