(L.A.) Roosevelt Mack, 49, Died at a Public Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black male that occurred at a public park.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Roosevelt Mack.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
