Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ronald Kaplan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:51 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 13.
