Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rogelio Cortes Lopez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Alcohol and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:19 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
