Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Latino male that occurred at a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Ortega.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:02 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 9.
