The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Parker, Sr.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Exacerbation

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive Heart Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
