Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Asian male that occurred during emergency medical service.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Ing of Long Beach.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP RICHARD ING (May 6, 1960 – December 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
