The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ricardo Raygoza.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Drug and Ethanol Use
Other Significant Condition: History of Atrial Fibrillation

The government investigator had originally given the decedent’s surname as Raygova.
