The coroner’s office has identified the man as Raymond Mazyck.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

Other Significant Condition: Peripheral Vascular Disease with Ulcers
