(L.A.) Quinell Council, 43, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Black female that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Quinell Council.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt Force Injuries
RIP QUINELL STACEY COUNCIL (June 29, 1980 – February 4, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:10 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner stated on February 4 that the decedent’s forename+surname was Quinell Jackson. This was updated to Quinell Council on March 21.

Lawrence Christoph Council was arrested by LAPD on February 7, 2024, and initially charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated; he was allowed out on a $100,000 bond. On February 28, the charge was changed to murder with bail set at 2,130,000 dollars. His next court date is scheduled for May 6. He is currently housed at Men’s Central Jail, 441 Bauchet Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

The Bible tells us that the time of a person’s birth and the time of a person death is only know and permitted or allowed by God this is why we all should live our lives daily like it’s our last, because it could very well be. My only brother died in a car accident on his way to work, in New York. Thank God he was saved, Stacy was also saved.
