Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 20-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Pedro Romero-Argueta.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Methicillin-Susceptible Staphylococcus aureus Bacteremia, Infective Endocarditis, and Necrotizing Pneumonia

Cause of Death B: Substernal Anterior Mediastinal Abscess

Cause of Death C: Sternal Body Fracture

Other Significant Condition: Influenza B
