The coroner’s office has identified the man as Paul Herrera.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Congestive Heart Failure

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
