(L.A.) Patrice Casciano, 59, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Patrice Casciano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Diazepam and Heroin

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:01 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
