Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 97-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ollie James.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Left Hip Fracture, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
