Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tatianna Grace.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Streptococcus pneumoniae Bacteremia

Cause of Death C: Community-Acquired Pneumonia

RIP TATIANNA CHANELL GRACE (July 3, 1986 – August 8, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in late September.
