The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nicholas Garner.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Other Significant Condition: Hypertrophic Heart Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:07 p.m.

The government investigator had initially misspelled the decedent’s surname as Gardner.
