Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 11-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the child as Nelly Pelaez.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Hanging

Other Significant Condition: History of Depression
