Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 8-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the child as Nathan Yanez.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death A: Asphyxia
Cause of Death B: History of Body Compression

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:12 a.m.
The boy, along with two of his siblings, was killed by their mother Angela Dawn Flores.
