(L.A.) Nathan McCormick, 30, Died on the 5 Fwy

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a freeway.
The coroner’s office identified the individual as Nathan McCormick.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries & Thermal Burns

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.
LAFD sent out a bulletin at 10:42 p.m. about an accident involving an automobile and a tractor-trailer on the northbound 5 Freeway in Sylmar. The auto was fully engulfed in flames. There were two confirmed fatalities. The other appears to have bee his “new girlfriend” Amanda Castillo, 35 years of age.
