(L.A.) Amanda Castillo, 35, Died on the 5 Fwy

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on the Golden State (5) Freeway in Sylmar.
The coroner’s office identified the woman as Amanda Castillo of Woodland Hills.

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries & Thermal Burns

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.
LAFD sent out a bulletin at 10:42 p.m. about an accident involving an automobile and a tractor-trailer on the northbound 5 Freeway in Sylmar. The auto was fully engulfed in flames. There were two confirmed fatalities.
