Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nathan Hewitt.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP NATHAN HEWITT (February 10, 1995 – March 14, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:57 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
