RIP NABIL FEKRY MORCOS (April 25, 1954 – August 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:00 p.m.

A witness informed the California Highway Patrol at 10:19 p.m. that a white Toyota Corolla was stalled in the HOV lane of the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway at Manchester Boulevard. When first responders arrived to check, they found the decedent unresponsive.

For some reason, the government investigator changed the spelling of the decedent’s forename from Nabil in their initial post to Nabel. They also changed the declared time of death from the clearly wrong 10:00 p.m. to the more plausible 11:00 p.m. Legally speaking, the time of death is when somone in authority makes a formal declaration of death, even though the decedent had expired much earlier.

He appears to have been of Middle Eastern descent, possibly Egyptian, or even Libyan or Lebanese. His legal name, such as on his medical license, appears to be NABIL MORCOS. We do not know if he was injected with synthetic mRNA.
